St. Nicholas church lies just outside the village of Godstone in surrey. It is a picturesque church complete with spire and bell tower. Towards the back behind the graveyard is a fabulous water feature that makes for a brilliant backdrop for wedding photos. The covered gateway is another feature that lends itself well to wedding portraits. Inside is bathed in light from numerous stained glass windows. The central aisle to the alter is nice and wide, ideal for capturing the wedding procession as they leave the alter. Another lovely addition is the 15th century stone font which can make a good centre piece for photos. The winding country lanes to this little out of the way church only add to its quaint charm.
